Oh, how I love this book of poems that warm my heart! Perfect for language learners at any level, the poems are calming, soothing to read. Short and sweet, they speak of the important issues of all students: love; Hershey's kisses; friendships; grades; food; exhaustion. Diego Ojeda understands the feelings of his students and shows this by writing poetry with compassion.
Poetry is difficult to understand by NATIVE speakers, so for language learners, it can be very challenging. However, Diego has created this lovely collection of poems just for your Spanish learners! Different poems will appeal to different students, but there is something for everyone! They are in small bite-sized pieces and have simple, relatable, yet profound messages.
